Meet the Gramatica SIPS Founders
Martin GramaticaPresident & CEO
Martin Gramatica is one of the founders of Gramatica SIPS International and leads the company as President and CEO. Martinís entrepreneurial initiatives started in 2006 when he formed 'Three Brothers Holdings, LLC.' His experience as an elite athlete coupled with his desire to improve people's lives, are the heart of GSI's mission. Martin fell in love with the city of New Orleans after spending two years as a member of the New Orleans Saints and he made it a personal mission to help rebuild the city. This mission sparked his interest in stronger, more environmentally friendly building systems and Gramatica SIPS International was born.
Martin was an elite kicker in NCAA Division I Football and the NFL. He played 10 years in the NFL and is considered one of the best kickers in league history. Among his many professional accomplishments, he was named to the 2002 NFL "Pro Bowl" and helped the 2002 Tampa Bay Buccaneers win their first Super Bowl title. He also holds the record for longest field goal in NCAA history at 65 yards. His other collegiate accolades include: 'Best Kicker in College Football' winning the Lou Groza award in 1997, and 'NCAA Consensus All American' playing in East West Shrine Game and the Senior Bowl All Star game.
Martin is passionate about giving back to his community and the world. His 'Gramatica Family Foundation' creates numerous programs to raise funds in benefit of the Tampa Shriners Hospital for Children, Boys and Girls Club of Tampa, as well as local schools and athletic programs. A native of Argentina, Gramatica obtained his B.A. from Kansas State University.
Bill GramaticaVice President of Sales
Bill Gramatica generates new business opportunities as GSI's co-founder and Vice President of Sales. Bill is an accomplished Sales Executive and elite athlete, and he utilizes his communication and leadership skills to consistently exceed sales goals. Billís sales experience spans over several industries including construction, real estate, restaurants, and the medical field.
As Sales Consultant and National Trainer for Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Bill drove product market share to #1 in the nation and gained a spot in the top 5% of the company's sales force for the Urology and Orthopedic Surgery care markets. Bill has also shown his entrepreneurial spirit as the co-founder of 'Trio Catering, LLC' in 2007.
Bill is known as one of the premier kickers in college football and the NFL. He holds most of the field goal records for his alma mater, University of South Florida, including the 'Longest Field Goal' of 63 yards. His sports career accomplishments include: two time All-American; East West Shrine All Star game player; and Blue Grey All Star game player, where he was voted 'Offensive MVP.' The Arizona Cardinals drafted Bill in the 4th round and as a rookie he broke the record for most consecutive field goals in a season. He was 'NFC Player of the Week' five times in three seasons with Arizona.
A native of Argentina, Bill currently lives in Tampa FL and is an active contributor to his community. Along with his two brothers, Bill has organized numerous fund raising events, such as 'Super Star Soccer' weekend, to benefit the Tampa Shriners Hospital for Children, Paint your Heart Out, Boys and Girls Club of Tampa, among others.
Santiago GramaticaVice President of Operations
As GSI's co-founder and Vice President of Operations, Santiago Gramatica focuses on managing the processes that produce and distribute the company's products. Santiago is an entrepreneurial Sales Professional with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. As co-founder and Operating Manager of 'Trio Catering' in 2007, he has quickly grown in the areas of managing and marketing a business.
Santiago's business experience dates back to 2002 as the administrator for Gramatica Angus Ranch in Dunnellon Florida. In 2006 he moved on to developing marketing promotion strategies for IMG Academy targeting the sports industry.
Santiago holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida where he stood out in academics and sports. While maintaining a 3.4 grade point average, Santiago won numerous awards: 'Leading Scorer in USF history; 'Highest Field Goal percentage; 9 times special team player of the week; and he was a Lou Groza finalist in 2003, which honors best kickers in the country.
Santiago has been an active participant and contributor to his community in a variety of fund raising activities, as well as volunteer work for institutions such as Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, University of South Florida, Paint Your Heart Out Tampa, and the Tampa Shriners Hospital for Children.
